Dr. Evert Lindquist (PhD Berkley) is a Professor and Director at the University of Victoria’s School of Public Administration, which offers the MPA and MPA Online programs, as well as MAs in Dispute Resolution and Community Development, a PhD in Public Administration, undergraduate Diploma and Minor programs.
Professor Lindquist was the first Visiting Scholar at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (1992-94) and a Visiting Scholar at Griffith University in 2004. Over the years, Professor Lindquist has published widely on topics relating to public sector reform, governance and decision-making, central agencies and initiatives, think tanks and consultation processes. During 2010, Professor Lindquist holds the 2010 ANZSOG-ANU Chair in Applied Public Management Research at the Australian National University and is a visiting scholar with the Australian Public Service Commission. He recently had published an article in IPAA’s Australian Journal of Public Administration on the Moran Review.
