Erin Faehrmann is a proud public servant with around ten years experience working in South Australia’s state government, primarily in South Australia’s state-owned water utility SA Water.
Nine years ago, straight out of University, Erin began on the SA Water IT Helpdesk. Since then she has navigated her way through the organisation, following the big opportunities to work in two thirds of SA Water’s divisions in seven very different roles including project management, process re-engineering and running school education programs.
Amongst her career highlights Erin lists changing fireplugs on the Morgan-Whyalla water pipeline and an appearance on Channel 10’s Totally Wild program for kids talking about flocculation!
Erin is now the Performance Manager for the Planning & Infrastructure division, which her employer graciously allows her leave early from every week to volunteer as a tutor with The Smith Family.
