Jo Baulderstone is Director of the Flinders Institute of Public Policy and Management at Flinders University, a centre for research and consultancy in the areas of policy development and implementation; program evaluation; professional practices, organizational development and change, service user perspectives, the inter-relationships between state, market and civil society, community and social development and the role of non-governmental public action.

Claudia Scott is Professor of Public Policy at Victoria University and at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG). Her role in ANZSOG is to serve as a subject leader in the course Designing Public Policy and Programs – a core course for the Masters of Public Administration (Executive) degree.
Professor Scott co-authored a book, Adding Value to Policy Analysis and Advising (with Dr Karen Baehler) - published by the UNSW Press in 2010. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of for-credit and professional development offerings for public service departments and ministries in Australia and New Zealand.
