Stephen Hains is the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Salisbury, a position that he has held since 1991. Stephen has previously headed a number of economic development, planning and environmental agencies with the South Australian Government, and has chaired the following statutory boards: SA Planning Commission; Advisory Committee on Planning; Native Vegetation Authority; and Coast Protection Board.

James Horne is the Deputy Secretary responsible for the Water Group in the Australian Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities.  He chairs the inter-jurisdictional COAG Water Reform Committee and the Basin Officials Committee, the officials' body oversighting intergovernmental water matters in the Murray-Darling Basin.

Mr James Cameron is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Water Commission. Prior to his appointment in October 2009, he held a number of senior management roles in the Australian Government’s communications portfolio, including responsibility for telecommunications, broadcasting, information and communications technology and arts and sport policy.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies.
