Phil Donaldson has been the Director of Sustainability at LMC since March 2008. He is currently the Project Director of the Lochiel Park project  a nation leading green village, chair of the Place Leaders Association   sustainability committees and is an active member of other industry sustainability forums including the as a reference group member of the  Green Star Sustainable communities’ framework. Previously he was the senior sustainability advisor with the SA governments Department of Sustainability and Climate Change.

Allan Holmes has led the South Australian Department of Environment and natural resources as Chief Executive since 2000.

Allan has a bachelor of Science from melbourne University and a Master of Environmental Studies from Adelaide university.

After graduating, he started his professional career with the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories as a biochemist. Since then he has worked in agriculture, forestry, wildlife management, public land management and enviromental protection - all areas where he has demonstrated a passion for public service.

Gary Johns is Associate Professor at the Public Policy Institute, Australian Catholic University. He served in the House of Representatives and was Special Minister of State and Assistant Minister for Industrial Relations. He served as an Associate Commissioner of the Commonwealth Productivity Commission 2002-2004.
